Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

At Rooted Soul, we want this experience to feel supportive, sustainable, and respectful of both your time and mine. The following policies help create clear expectations before we begin working together.

Services Offered

Current offerings include:

  • Complimentary Exploration Call

  • Individual Rhythm Session

  • 4-Session Rooted Rhythms Package (to be used within 6 weeks)

Service offerings may change over time.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers available at checkout. Sessions cannot be held without completed payment.

Exploration Call

Exploration calls are offered as a one-time opportunity to determine whether Rooted Soul coaching is an appropriate fit. These calls are complimentary and have no monetary value. If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances at Rooted Soul's discretion.

4-Session Coaching Package

The 4-session package is designed to create consistency and momentum.

All four sessions must be used within 8 weeks of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unused sessions that extend beyond the 8-week window will expire.

Package sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared with another individual.

Refund Policy

Because coaching reserves dedicated time and personalized support, refunds are generally not offered once services have been purchased.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • Missed appointments or no-shows

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice

  • Expired unused sessions within a package

​

If Rooted Soul must cancel a session, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that specific session.
