Individual Rhythm
Service Description
Available following a Healing Exploration call or for returning clients seeking continued support. These sessions offer space to slow down, process honestly, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of whatever season you're navigating. While healing is rarely linear, meaningful growth often happens through consistent support, safe connection, and the willingness to remain present over time. Individual sessions can serve as a starting point for deeper work or as an additional layer of support alongside an ongoing coaching rhythm. The cost of this session may be applied toward the purchase of a coaching package within 30 days of your session date.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. As a courtesy, one grace exception may be extended per client at Rooted Soul's discretion.
