Four one-hour sessions to be used within eight weeks. Healing rarely happens through pressure, urgency, or forcing ourselves to "figure it out." More often, it unfolds slowly-through presence, honesty, safe connection, and the willingness to remain with ourselves over time. Through consistent sessions, we create room to slow down, reconnect with your body and emotions, and process what's surfacing in your life. This rhythm is designed to provide ongoing care and grounded connection while honoring the reality that healing is layered, personal, and rarely linear.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. As a courtesy, one grace exception may be extended per client at Rooted Soul's discretion.
